At Tenet – Timezone Watches, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to ensure a seamless shopping experience across our entire collection, including our bespoke "Make Your Watch" program.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders across Pakistan.

  • Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Note: For high-value timepieces (e.g., the Vintan collection) or orders exceeding PKR 50,000, we may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order.

2. Credit & Debit Cards

  • We accept all major Visa and Mastercard issued by local and international banks.

  • All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted gateways to ensure your financial data remains protected.

3. Online Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

  • You may choose to pay via direct bank transfer.

  • Once the transfer is complete, please share a screenshot of the transaction receipt along with your Order ID to support@tenetwatches.com or via our WhatsApp support line for verification.

4. Mobile Wallets

  • We support payments via EasyPaisa and JazzCash. (0335-3888344)

  • This is a quick and secure way to complete your purchase directly from your mobile device.

5. Installment Plans (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • We partner with leading fintech providers (such as Kalpay or QisstPay) to offer interest-free installment plans.

  • This allows you to split your purchase into manageable monthly payments at checkout.

6. Special Policy for "Make Your Watch" (Bespoke Orders)

  • Due to the personalized nature of customized watches, a minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate the assembly and craftsmanship process. The remaining balance can be settled via COD or any other preferred method upon completion.

7. Currency

  • All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For international orders, the final amount will be converted based on the prevailing exchange rate by your bank.

Security Guarantee: Tenet does not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers to ensure the highest level of security.
