Return & Exchange Policy

At Tenet – Timezone Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Policy Duration

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, the timepiece must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition (unworn and unaltered).

  • Have all protective stickers, tags, and seals intact.

  • Be returned in the original brand packaging (box, warranty card, and accessories).

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. "Make Your Watch" (Bespoke Orders)

  • Due to the personalized nature of our Make Your Watch program, customized timepieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

4. Exchange Process

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect watch, we will provide a free exchange. We will cover all shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item and the delivery fee for the new replacement.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5 to 7 working days via Bank Transfer (for COD orders) or reversed to your original payment method.

  • Note: Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches on the case/glass, or resized bracelets.

  • Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" events.

  • Watches where the warranty seal has been tampered with.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at cs@tenetwatches.com or via WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos of the watch.

  3. Once authorized, ship the item to our central warehouse as instructed by our team.


Note: We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as Tenet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
