Shipping Policy
At Tenet – Timezone Watches, we are committed to delivering your timepiece securely and promptly across Pakistan and select international locations.
1. Delivery Timelines

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 4 working days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

International Shipping: 7 to 12 working days (subject to customs clearance).

Bespoke Orders ("Make Your Watch"): Please allow an additional 3 to 5 working days for assembly and quality testing before dispatch.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Pakistan exceeding PKR 5,000.

Small Orders: A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.

International Delivery: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
3. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
4. Inspection on Delivery (Open Parcel Policy) To ensure transparency, we allow customers to inspect the external condition of the box before accepting the delivery. However, for security and hygiene reasons, the internal product seal must not be broken until the payment is processed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our central warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional delivery charges.
6. Address Modifications Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before the status is marked as "Dispatched." Please contact support@tenetwatches.com or our WhatsApp helpline immediately for any changes.
7. Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and report it to our customer support team immediately. Any claims regarding missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Note: Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions or regional security protocols.
