At Tenet – Timezone Watches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every timepiece in our portfolio. Our warranty ensures that your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period

  • Movement Warranty: 1 Year from the date of purchase.

  • Battery Warranty: 1 Year (for Quartz models).

  • This warranty applies to all brands under the Tenet umbrella, including Vintan, Pagani Design, Timezone, Benyar, Rizen, and Alfajr.

2. What is Covered The warranty strictly covers internal components, specifically:

  • The watch movement (mechanical or quartz).

  • Manufacturing defects in the dial, hands, or markers.

  • Water resistance failure (provided the watch was used within its rated depth and the crown was fully secured).

3. What is NOT Covered The warranty does not cover external wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, including:

  • Damage to the glass (scratches, cracks, or shattering).

  • Scratches or fading of the plating on the case or strap/bracelet.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, fire, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal battery depletion after the first year.

  • Damage to the strap, buckle, or crown caused by excessive force.

4. How to Claim Warranty To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out via WhatsApp or email at cs@tenetwatches.com with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  • Verification: You must provide a valid Digital Invoice or the Warranty Card stamped at the time of purchase.

  • Evaluation: Once the watch is received at our service center, our technicians will inspect it. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the movement free of charge.

5. Service & Repair Timelines

  • Warranty repairs typically take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the movement and the availability of genuine spare parts.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the watch to our Service Center. Tenet will cover the return shipping costs once the warranty repair is completed.

Note: Opening the watch case or attempting repairs through an unauthorized third-party jeweler will immediately void the Tenet official warranty.
