Return & Exchange Policy

At Inc5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

1. Policy Duration

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be returned in its original box, dust bag, or packaging (if applicable).

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Customized or Special Orders

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

4. Exchange Process

Defective or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.

Change of Mind or Size Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable delivery charges for the replacement item.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.

  • Shoes with worn soles or visible usage marks.

  • Bags with scratches, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Items purchased during Clearance, Final Sale, or Flash Sale promotions.

  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your Order ID along with clear photos of the product.

  3. Once your request is approved, ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Note: We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. Inc5 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
