Shipping Policy

At Inc5, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time across Pakistan and selected international destinations.

1. Delivery Timelines

Within Pakistan

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

International Shipping

  • International Orders: 7–12 working days (subject to customs clearance and local regulations)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders

  • Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan.

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.

International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and delivery method selected.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Courier details

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please notify the courier and contact our customer support team immediately.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, package opening policies may vary depending on the courier partner's guidelines.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Any request for re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. Address Modifications

Shipping address changes can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order status changes to "Dispatched."

For any address updates, please contact our customer support team immediately.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your Order ID along with clear photos of the package and product.

  • Our team will investigate and assist you with a suitable resolution.

8. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures, or regional security restrictions.
